 the only thing that really really bothers me, is her face.. because it looks manly/weird and I didn't know how to fix it. urrrghh. Again, I wish I could critique you properly. xD But alas, I cannot. The coloring is incredible. o_o And your style is very unique. To me, the face looks mostly fine. :3 I'm not quite sure how to 'fix' it to look more feminine (if that's what you're going for) but you may want to try making the head slimmer and the lips more full. thanks, but I'm actually getting kinda tired of coloring in painter X, because I like a lot of the brushes photoshop has, LOL. hopefully by Friday nextweek I'll have cs2+ or something  and thanks, lol. I thought my style was a little plain. xDyeah, I wanted it to look more femme, because that's what Misa is (well, gothically feminine). maybe it is the head then, because I had full lips on it to begin with, and it looked weird.. -- Consume me from the inside-out. Critiques
Looks great! I gotta say, her hair looks beautiful, well done shading it. I think her face looks feminine enough, however if you're still concerned with that, maybe you could raise her mouth just a few pixels? I'm not sure if that's really the cause of her 'masculine' look but I do know that if she's smiling, her lips are bound to look a bit higher than usual because of the way the muscles pull at the corners of the mouth (or, something.)
Shading on her skin looks pretty good, too (: Her leggings have a very interesting texture to them, I like.
Her shoulders, I feel, are a little off.. I think in comparison to her body, they're a bit big (the shoulder on our right being a little larger than on the left) but compared to the head, it looks alright.. To slightly fix this, I'd say downsize that shoulder just a tiny bit and move it a little closer to her body, as it also looks like its own separate entity almost.
all in all, great shading, I love her hair, she looks adorable (as she should be! ) and I also find it interesting that her shirt just blends in with the solid bg. (:
